Booking Policies

VIEW ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT HOURS

Check-in: 15:00 (Self check-in after 22:00)

Check-out: 11:00

Late check-out: ₩10,000 per hour
※ Late check-out is available until 14:00 at the latest.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel their reservation at least 14 days before the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days but more than 7 days before the check-in date will be subject to a 50% charge of the total accommodation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
